Society for Leukocyte Biology will be offering a monthly series of innovative talks spanning a wide breadth of interests related to the field. Registration is free for SLB society members.

Juan de Dios Ruiz Rosado from the Nationwide Children's Hospital in Mexico will present "Phagocyte NADPH Oxidase: Fine-Tuning Neutrophil's Antimicrobial and Inflammatory Arsenal Against Uropathogenic E. coli." This presentation will center on the multifaceted roles of neutrophil reactive oxygen species (ROS) in orchestrating host defense against bacterial urinary tract infection (UTI) and modulating the cell's inflammatory response to Uropathogenic E. coli, the predominant causative agent of UTI.
