Federal Harassment Policies and Resources
Federal agencies that fund biological and biomedical sciences are dedicated to ensuring workplaces are free of harassment and conducive to engaging in high quality research. Over the past few years, federal agencies have created requirements for awardees, typically the institution/organization—not an individual principal investigator (PI), to report concerning behaviors that create hostile learning and research environments.
