FASEB Endorses the American Cures Act and the American Innovation Act

On November 5, the FASEB formally endorsed the American Cures Act and the American Innovation Act. These two authorizing bills would create a framework to significantly increase the budgets for several federal science agencies, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF).  The letter highlights some of the critical work supported by these agencies and the need for Congress to provide robust, sustained, predictable budget increases for scientific research.
