AAI Members Jointly Awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2018

The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2018 was awarded jointly to James P. Allison, University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and Tasuku Honjo, Kyoto University, “for their discovery of cancer therapy by inhibition of negative immune regulation.” Allison and Honjo are members of The American Association of Immunologists, a FASEB member society.
