A. Nicole White, PhD
A. Nicole White is an assistant professor in the Division of Developmental Behavior Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the director of Research Operations for Shared Facilities. Her research focuses on systems thinking and change management, improving healthcare models to facilitate care and care navigation for children with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD). White has led and served on many committees throughout her career. She helped to assemble and organize a new Communications Committee for the Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities (ABRF) and is an active member of the Education Committee and Core Administrators Committee, both of which she also served as the Chair.
White is also the past president of the Great Lakes International Imaging Flow Cytometry and the Mid-West Association of Core Directors. White is an active member in her community, having served on the Advisory Board for Special Olympics of Hamilton County, and is a recipient of the Girl Scouts of America Gold Award. White earned her doctorate in leadership and change management from Antioch University in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and her master's degree in business administration from Ashland University.
