2027 FASEB Science Research Conference
June 27-30, 2027
The Inverness, Denver, CO #SigTSRC
Registration coming in November
Abstracts
All registrants are welcome to submit an abstract for a talk or an in-person poster. Invited Speakers may submit an abstract or a talk summary. All presenters should make their presentations accessible, including their use of color.
- Abstracts must be in English and limited to 5,000 characters.
- List the presenting author first on the abstract.
- All presenting authors (including substitutes for the primary author) must be registered to attend.
- Refer to the abstract confirmation email for how to access and edit an abstract after submission.
- Abstract submission is optional for attendees, but it required for invited speakers and session chairs who are speaking.
Abstracts for Short Talks
All submitted abstracts are considered for a short talk unless the submitter has indicated that they only want to present a poster during registration. Conference organizers review and select the abstracts. Submitters will receive an email notification indicating their presentation type approximately three weeks before the conference. If selected for a short talk, the submitter will also present an in-person poster.
Abstracts for Posters
Poster presentations are interactive ways to engage with colleagues and present research. If a participant submitted an abstract, they are automatically eligible to present.
Declined Abstracts
Conference organizers and FASEB reserve the right to decline any submitted abstract for a presentation or poster presentation that lacks scientific content or merit, merely announces the availability of a resource or service, is found to be not in compliance with the SRC Abstract, Speaker, Presenter Terms, or does not otherwise meet the requirements of the organizers or FASEB.
Presentations
Poster Presentations
Poster space is 4 feet wide (122 cm) by 4 feet tall (122 cm). The poster size must be smaller than those dimensions. Additional poster instructions will be sent via email before the event. Each board will feature two posters, for each poster size of 4 feet tall by 4 feet wide. Your poster should not exceed this surface area. Push pins will be provided for poster presenters. More poster instructions will be provided in an email one week prior to the event.
Oral Presentations
- Invited speakers and session chairs must register, pay for the conference, and submit an abstract or talk summary at least eight (8) weeks before the conference. Timely registration and abstract/talk summary submission reserve your place on the program agenda.
- Abstracts/talk summaries are submitted during registration. Session chairs who are not presenting do not need to provide an abstract/talk summary.
- Speakers and session chairs must pay the applicable registration fee unless otherwise notified by FASEB.
Click here for resources about making presentations accessible.
In the session room, FASEB will provide the following items:
- Speaker Podium
- LCD projector (PC and Mac compatible)
- PC laptop available for speaker presentations
- Microphone
- Laser pointer
- Aisle microphone for audience Q&A
Speakers should bring their presentation on an USB drive or upload it to the session laptop in advance of their presentation. FASEB requires that speakers use the provided laptop to minimize technological glitches. Speakers using a Mac laptop must bring the appropriate adapters necessary to connect the laptop to the projector. An aspect ratio of 16:9 is requested for presentations as that will help eliminate any formatting inconsistencies. Additional instructions regarding equipment will be provided prior to the conference.
Reimbursements

- Reimbursements are not guaranteed
- To help us process reimbursements efficiently, please do not contact FASEB to inquire about reimbursement timing. All selected recipients will be notified directly.
- Speakers must attend three (3) days and three (3) nights to be eligible for reimbursement.
