⚠️ Scam Alert

Be cautious of fraudulent housing offers. Always book accommodations using the official links provided on this page. FASEB does not endorse any third-party lodging companies that may contact you directly.

Scam emails often create a sense of urgency, such as missing out on a great rate. However, their links may lead to external sites unrelated to FASEB or the hotel. The email may not mention the conference name ("your upcoming conference") and may request personal/payment information.

If you receive an email like this, forward it to src@faseb.org immediately so we may report it. Do not click on the links.

Room Rate and Reservation Options

$139 per night (excl. taxes/fees), single/double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until Sunday, June 14, 2026, or until the room block fills. The registration fee does not include lodging.

  • Book online
  • Call directly: 1-615-259-4343 (mention the FASEB Dynamics and Encoding Conference for the discounted rate)

Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?

  • Exclusive rates: Enjoy our specially negotiated conference rates, which may be extended for early arrival or late departure based on availability
  • Convenience: Access all conference sessions, exhibits, and networking events without transportation concerns
  • Support: FASEB staff may be able to assist with hotel-related issues when you book within our official block
