• We support author identity through the Wiley Name Change Policy, ensuring privacy protection and respecting individual choices
• We partner with C4DISC (Coalition for Diversity and Inclusion in Scholarly Communications) to advance equity in publishing
• We actively participate in the RSC Joint Commitment for Action on Inclusion and Diversity in scholarly publishing
