FASEB Accepts Applications for LEAD Reverse Mentoring Program

FASEB is continuing its support for culture change in the biological and biomedical research community via the 2024 FASEB LEAD (Leadership Engagement and Appreciation of Differences) reverse mentoring program. The deadline to apply to LEAD is June 14.

LEAD pairs senior-level professionals with early-career-level mentors to gain different perspectives of individual, group, and cultural views within the workplace and the scientific research communities. Through participation in LEAD, participants gain leadership skills needed to effectively develop and contribute to inclusion environments. Click here to apply.
