The Origins and Benefits of Biologically Active Components in Human Milk Award
Up to 10 travel awards (double occupancy) are available to attend the conference. Applicants are required to pay for the registration fee and all travel expenses in advance. Awardees will be reimbursed after the conference.
The Origins and Benefits of Biologically Active Components in Human Milk Conference
The award amount varies.
Applicants may be a graduate student, postdoctoral fellow, or junior faculty member. You must submit a first-author abstract to present at the conference. Awards will be determined by scientific merit and available funds.
How to Apply
To apply for a travel award, the applicant should submit their abstract along with a personal statement not to exceed one page in length. The personal statement should explain how the applicant will benefit from attending the conference and how receiving a travel award will facilitate their attendance. The statement and abstract should be emailed directly to the conference organizer: Dr. David Sela at email@example.com.
The award deadline is Wednesday, April 17, 2019 for priority consideration.
Award notifications will occur prior to the advance registration deadline of June 19, 2019.
