Opening Reception

Saturday, March 31, 7:00-9:00PM

All registrants are invited to attend the Opening Reception at the Tampa Convention Center immediately following the opening plenary session on Saturday evening. Come meet and mingle with your friends over cocktails and light hors' devours.

Closing Social

Date:  Tuesday, April 3, 7:00-10:00PM

Location:   Raymond James Stadium - Home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers National Football League team

Be a Tampa Bay Buccaneer! The Closing Social will be hosted at Raymond James Stadium, home of the 2003 National Football League Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to tour the locker rooms, play on a professional field for the Punt, Pass and Kick Challenge, relax on the Buccaneer Pirate Ship in the end zone and have dinner in the exclusive Club Lounge. The social includes a cocktail reception, buffet dinner, dancing, all on-field activities and locker room tour (optional) and transportation.

This is a casual event, and we encourage you to wear your favorite sports team jersey, shorts, and tennis shoes. For the non-football fan you do not need to participate in the on-field activities and can simply relax in the comfortable leather chairs in the lounge, listen to live music or enjoy the fresh air and cocktails on the Pirate Ship.

Motor coach transportation service departs from the lobby of the Marriott and Sheraton hotels ONLY. If you are participating in the on-field activities (Punt, Pass and Kick Challenge and/or locker room tour) please plan on departing from either hotel on the first bus at 6:45PM . A second bus departure from each hotel will be at 7:15PM . Return shuttle service will begin at approximately 9:00PM and is available upon request prior to 9:00PM .

All attendees will receive complimentary admission for the Closing Social, however we know that not everyone is able to attend.  Therefore, please indicate on your registration form if you plan on attending so ABRF is able to provide accurate quantities of food and beverage for everyone's enjoyment. 

•  If you want to participate in the Punt, Pass and Kick Challenge, please indicate this on your registration form.

•  Vegetarian meals are available upon request; please select this on your registration form.
