HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Make your reservations directly with the hotel of your choice.  You must specify you are attending the ABRF conference to receive the discounted room rates. 

Special Note:  Make your hotel reservations as early as possible. 

Booking Policy/Reservation Guarantee: All reservation requests must be accompanied by a guarantee. The easiest (and preferred) method is with a valid credit card number and expiration date (valid through the dates of the conference).

Cancellation Policy: Each hotel cancellation policy is different.  Confirm the cancellation policy with your individual hotel as you may be penalized for the equivalent of one nights stay if you cancel or depart early.
