What Are the Registration Fees?

FASEB offers an all-inclusive registration fee, which includes meals, lodging, and meeting fees.  If you choose to have a room to yourself, you can register as a "single."  If you’re traveling with others in your lab or choose to share a room with another registered attendee, register as “double with attendee” (an optional field will appear for you to request a roommate).  If you want to bring a guest, register as “double with guest” (you must provide the guests name).  For those who do not wish to take advantage of on-site housing, an “off-site” registration type is also available.  The offsite registration fee includes meals and meeting fees.  If you choose off-site registration, you will be responsible for securing and paying for your lodging, as well as local transportation to and from the meeting.  Registration fees vary depending upon your conference location and registration type.  If you register after the early-bird registration deadline, please add $150.00 onto your registration fee. Fees cannot be prorated or discounted due to contractual arrangements with venues. On-site registration is not permitted.

Only attendees who have registered and submitted a curriculum vitae may participate in the scientific conference.

Advance Registration is required.  Register early to avoid the registration late fees.  Conference registration closes three weeks prior to the start of the conference in order to prepare materials for our attendees.  On-site registration is not permitted.

How Can I Make a Change to My Registration Fee?

Please contact the FASEB SRC office.  A change or modification to the credit card on file will result in a $50.00 processing/change fee. Changes to lodging accommodations only will be excluded from this policy.


Registration Confirmation

The following documents will be emailed to registrants immediately following the completion of registration:

  • Confirmation of attendance / payment receipt
  • Letter of Invitation, for VISA application (international travelers only), if applicable


Cancellations received at least six (6) weeks prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund minus a $250.00 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellation forms received after the cancellation deadline. Please download, complete, and return the cancellation form to the FASEB office.
